Belated Help is a Main Quest in Lost Ark. Belated Help is part of the main story of Lost Ark and it is necessary to complete it in order to complete the game. However, it is recommended to complete some non Main Quests of your choice to gain additional equipment and level up in order to make Main Quests easier by being better equipped and prepared. Completing Main Quests will eventually lead you to unlock new features of the game and gain a full experience of it.

Lost Ark: Belated Help Information & Walkthrough
You start off this quest by speaking to Border Guard Parker. He then tells you to head over to Aquilok's Head immediately and says that Armen and his men are scouting the area. He says that they'll be in trouble if they come across the Demons. After your conversation with Border Guard Parker, head over to Aquilok's Head and look for the Border Guards that are located in the area. You can open your map to see where Aquilok's Head is located.
Once you reach the area, look for Border Guard Billy and speak to him. He says that when they entered Aquilok's Head, the Demons leaped out and attacked them. He managed to escape but he doesn't know what happened to everyone else. After your conversation with Border Guard Billy, the quest is completed. You'll automatically obtain the next main quest They Will Be Remembered.
