Berserker Builds in Lost Ark are Builds that cover a few popular recommended and some personally crafted builds for and from the community. These builds were created around each Class, and features guides and explanations for which Stats and Engravings are meta, and which Skills should be used in which situations.
Lost Ark Berserker Build Guide
Berserkers wield Greatswords that let them inflict huge damage from a safer range. They can cast buffs to improve their allies’ damage as well as their own critical damage. You do have to be quite cautious since they’re one of the slower classes in terms of mobility, but they’re able to compensate for this by dealing heavy AoE damage.

Lost Ark Berserker Raid Build Guide
The Berserker Raid Build is an end-game Lost Ark Berserker Build Guide. Raid Builds are geared towards dealing massive damage to a single target and supporting party members. This Lost Ark Berserker Raid Build Guide features the the playstyles offered by different engravings, what accessory stats to look for, and a list of recommended skills to take.
The Berserker plays a DPS-oriented role in raids. They deal massive damage with their large greatsword and can take more punishment before dying from enemies when compared to other classes. They specialize in burst-damage, having many slow, yet heavy hitting skills on long cooldowns, requiring players to practice proper positioning in raids.
Pick your Berserker Engravings & Stats
Your playstyle can differ based on which class engravings you take:
Berserker's Technique
Berserker’s Technique is the safer of the two class engravings. This class engraving increases the player's crit damage while in burst mode and removes the recovery period after leaving it, allowing players to fill their identity gauge immediately after it ends.
As with other DPS classes, Berserkers should look to equip accessories that increases their Crit stat to increase their damage potential. Besides this, players running Berserker's Technique should also build Specialty to be able to quickly fill their identity gauge and stay in burst mode for a longer period of time.
Mayhem
Mayhem is the riskier of the two class engravings, but has a higher damage potential. This class engraving allows players to stay in burst mode indefinitely and and increases their damage, attack speed and movement speed. As a caveat, Mayhem users are capped at 25% health but take reduced damage. Due to this health restriction, players can capitalize off of skills and engravings that say ‘when under xx% health’ at all times. This engraving is the more popular of the two as it gets rid of the clunkiness some players experience by allowing you to stay in burst mode the whole time.
Because Mayhem users are always in burst mode, they do not require Specialty. Instead, these Berserkers should look to build Crit, as with all other DPS classes, and Swiftness, mainly for the cooldown reduction to spam skills more.
Besides class engravings, players should also consider gearing and levelling up these engravings:
Grudge
An engraving that you'll see most, if not all DPS classes using. Provides one of the highest damage boosts of all engravings at the cost of increased damage taken. Only take this engraving if you can afford to take it to level 3.
Champion's Tenacity
Should be taken only if running Mayhem, as it's passive is only activated at under 50% health. Provides a nice damage boost without having a drawback.
Awakening
Usually only taken if running Berserker's Technique and Chain of Vengeance. Reduces the cooldown of your awakening skills, allowing Chain of Vengeance to be used more often, and thus burst mode to be up more often.
Master of Ambush
Increases damage for each back attack that hits the enemy. Works with this build as many of the listed Berserker Skills are back attacks.
Cursed Doll
Has a lower damage increase than Grudge, however players may prefer the healing reduction over increased damage taken, or can consider taking both. Only take this engraving if you can afford to take it to level 3.

Key Skills for a Raid Berserker Build in Lost Ark
Red Dust is a quintessential skill for all Berserker builds. Besides the excellent self and party buffs players can get from it's tripods, at it's base, this skill debuffs enemies, making them take increased damage from the player. All three tripods are important in maximizing this skill's damage. The first, Quick Preparation, allows the player to slightly reduce the skill's high cooldown to be able to apply buffs and debuffs more often. Vital Point Strike is taken as the next tripod to buff the player's crit rate. The final tripod is up to the player. Amplified Damage reduces the boss debuff granted from hitting this skill, but allows all party members to capitalize off of it, turning this skill into a party buff rather than just a self buff. Take this tripod if you feel that your party is lacking party-wide damage buffs. Red Wave is the more selfish choice, not only allowing the Berserker to keep the high boss debuff, but also increasing the damage Red Dust does significantly. This move is typically used as a opener - buffing the player and debuffing the boss to maximize damage dealt with other attacks.
Shoulder Charge is the Berserker's main movement skill. Movement skills are important in raid settings to avoid taking damage and reposition quickly. Since players will not be using this skill to deal damage to the boss, only one tripod is required for this skill. Excellent Mobility increases the distance travelled using this skill, allowing the player to reposition themselves quicker.
Hell Blade is one of the Berserker's hardest hitting moves and can be used as a movement skill to reposition closer to the boss when spec'd. This is a skill that players will want to have all three tripods for. The first tripod, Leap, allows the the player to travel forward before using the skill. Players will then choose between two tripods depending on which class engraving they're running. Deadly Blow should only be taken if running Mayhem. It provides a significant damage boost, but only when under 50% health, which you will always be under with Mayhem. If running Berserker's Technique, players should run Melt instead for a smaller, yet consistent damage boost. Finally, it is recommended to take Earth Flip to maximize this skill's damage output. Due to Hell Blade's long cooldown, it should not be randomly spammed and players should try to use it after getting buffed by their other skills, such as Red Dust.
Finish Strike is another hard hitting move and more importantly, deals high stagger, allowing Berserkers to help the party CC certain bosses. It is recommended to have all three tripods when raiding with this skill. Players can first choose between two tripods. Tenacity is the safer choice, making players immune to interruption while using the skill. Enhanced Strike is a skill damage boost at the cost of a slightly longer preparation time. The second tripod, Weak Point Detection is taken next as a consistent damage boost against raid bosses - all of which are push-immune. There is no contention with the final tripod, Kill Confirm is taken over Shockwave's main damage boost only applies to enemies that can be pushed.
Strike Wave is, once again, a hard hitting skill with good stagger value. This skill benefits from having all three tripods spec'd. Two options are optimal. Fast Wave is the safer option, allowing players to get to an overcharged state faster, while Wave increases the damage output on the skill. For the second tripod, it is recommended to run Limit Break as it both reduces charging time slightly and provides a a more consistent damage boost than Explosion. Finally, Blaze Wave is taken as a more consistent source of damage. Positioning while using this skill is important to make sure the boss is damaged by as many hits as possible.
Other Skills for your Berserker Endgame Build
Chain Sword provides the player with damage buffs when levelled up and, more importantly, is a counter skill. Only the first tripod, Vital Point Strike, is required as it provides crit rate buffs. The second tripod, Swift Attack Prep, provides the player with more attack speed, which is especially handy if the player is running the engravement Raid Captain. If players have extra skill points, they can spec in the third tripod, Enhanced Strike, to increase the damage dealt by Chain Sword.
Tempest Slash deals a decent amount of damage and provides the player with another source of stagger. At low skill points, players may not have enough to spec into all three tripods, however at high skill points, this skill is worth being levelled. When using the class engraving Berserker's Technique, running Focus will help players fill their identity gauge, otherwise while using Mayhem, players should run Quick Preparation to reduce its relatively long cooldown. Weak Point Detection provides the largest damage boost to raid bosses out of the selection of second tripods. Finally, Driving Hit allows the player to use the skill while being stationary.
Sword Storm should only be considered when running the class engraving Mayhem as the final tripod provides a substantial damage boost while at low health, otherwise other skills can provide the player with better damage and utility. The third tripod is the most important for this skill and thus should be levelled to at least level 10 before bringing to raids. The first tripod that is recommended is Quick Preparation to reduce the long skill cooldown. Weak Point Detection provides the largest damage boost out of the second set to tripods. Finally, Flame Storm provides a large damage boost to the skill while the player is under 50% health, which they always are while having Mayhem equipped.
Wind Blade deals decent damage and provides a source of stagger but more importantly, is one of best identity gauge generators at level 7 and should be greatly considered when running Berserker's Technique. Quick Preparation is taken as the first tripod to reduce the long cooldown of this skill. For the second tripod, Focus should be taken if running Berserker's Technique to gain a bunch of identity gauge on hit. Otherwise, if running Mayhem, Enhanced Strike should be taken to increase the skill's damage. Finally, Windswift is taken as Squall can cause the player to get into bad positions when not using it for movement.
One of two Awakening Skills that Berserkers can choose from. Deals high damage and high stagger and has a 5 min cooldown. It's main use is as an identity gauge filler in raid scenarios and should be taken if running Berserker's Technique. At high Specialty, this skill can instantly fill the Identity Gauge from zero.
One of two Awakening Skills that Berserkers can choose from. Deals high damage and high stagger and has a 5 min cooldown. Deals more damage than Chain of Vengeance and should be taken if running Mayhem where you don't need the identity gauge generation.

Is it feasible to take both Mayhem and Berserker's Technique at the same time instead of choosing other engravings?
