Cruel Cutter is one of the Shadowhunter Skills in Lost Ark. Cruel Cutter allows you to toss your weapon and wipe out foes in front of you, inflicting up to 1350 Damage as you move forward. Airborne foes are launched back in the air when hit.. This Skill can be unlocked at level Lv. 12. Skills allow players to inflict damage to enemies or strengthen allies when using them during combat.
