Food in Lost Ark is a type of consumable Item. Food provides various benefits to the player for a limited time, usually around 20 minutes. Only one food buff can be active at once. These effects include boosts to Stats, healing received, mana regeneration and many more. Most Food is obtained via Crafting through services provided by Craftsmen NPCs, as well as by players themselves once they have unlocked their Island Stronghold. Ingredients for food recipes can be obtained through various sources including Life Skills. Some food can also be purchased from Merchants.
