Neutralizer is one of the Skills in Lost Ark exclusive to the Destroyer class. Skills are abilities used in combat to deal damage or apply buff, debuff and crowd control effects to enemies and allies. Each Class has their own sets of Skills that can be leveled up and modified with the Tripod System to adjust their effects or add new ones.
Lost Ark Neutralizer Skill Information
First Level:

Rank 3: Element is now [Dark]. Shockwave Damage ignores all foe Defense by 54.3%.
Rank 4: Element is now [Dark]. Shockwave Damage ignores all foe Defense by 66.6%.
Rank 5: Element is now [Dark]. Shockwave Damage ignores all foe Defense by 78.9%.
Earthen Aura
Rank 1: Element is now [Earth]. On hit, Move Speed -30.0% for 3.0s.
Rank 2: Element is now [Earth]. On hit, Move Speed -30.0% for 3.2s.
Rank 3: Element is now [Earth]. On hit, Move Speed -30.0% for 3.4s.
Rank 4: Element is now [Earth]. On hit, Move Speed -30.0% for 3.7s.
Rank 5: Element is now [Earth]. On hit, Move Speed -30.0% for 4.0s.
Powerful Shock
Rank 1: On hit, the shockwave attack launches targets in the air. Push-Immune foes take +20.0% Damage.
Rank 2: On hit, the shockwave attack launches targets in the air. Push-Immune foes take +31.0% Damage.
Rank 3: On hit, the shockwave attack launches targets in the air. Push-Immune foes take +42.0% Damage.
Rank 4: On hit, the shockwave attack launches targets in the air. Push-Immune foes take +53.2% Damage.
Rank 5: On hit, the shockwave attack launches targets in the air. Push-Immune foes take +64.4% Damage.
Tripod Level II
Can be unlocked after upgrading Neutralizer to Skill Lv. 7:
Wide Hit
Rank 1 (Max): Shockwave attack range +20%.
Unstable Earth
Rank 1 (Max): Concentrates gravity energy and delivers a single downward blow, inflicting the same amount of Damage as the original 3rd attack. Also, generates 3 shockwaves.
Growing Gravity
Rank 1: Changes to Combo mode. Shockwave Damage +20.0% every time you swing your hammer downward.
Rank 2: Changes to Combo mode. Shockwave Damage +26.0% every time you swing your hammer downward.
Rank 3: Changes to Combo mode. Shockwave Damage +32.0% every time you swing your hammer downward.
Rank 4: Changes to Combo mode. Shockwave Damage +38.0% every time you swing your hammer downward.
Rank 5: Changes to Combo mode. Shockwave Damage +44.0% every time you swing your hammer downward.
Level III
Can be unlocked after upgrading Neutralizer to Skill Lv. 10:

Rank 1 (Max): Hammering the ground shoots 3 shockwaves at a time.
Gravity Control
Rank 1: Generates shockwaves around your hammer. Each shockwave attacks 3 times. Total Damage +50.0%.
Rank 2: Generates shockwaves around your hammer. Each shockwave attacks 3 times. Total Damage +62.0%.
Rank 3: Generates shockwaves around your hammer. Each shockwave attacks 3 times. Total Damage +74.0%.
Rank 4: Generates shockwaves around your hammer. Each shockwave attacks 3 times. Total Damage +87.0%.
Rank 5: Generates shockwaves around your hammer. Each shockwave attacks 3 times. Total Damage +100.0%.
