Raids in Lost Ark are the ultimate PVE experience. To complete a Raid it's required to be Lv.50 and queue until there's enough people participating to battle against a massive Boss. In order to succeed, the party should coordinate their attacks and work as a team. Though a specific class formation is not necesary, each player should use their class wisely: dps should focus damage, supports should support their team, etc. All participants should try to stay alive. Successfully completing Raids grants the best rewards and loot in the game.
Lost Ark: Queue for Raids
In Lost Ark, to start a Raid you must go to a Raid Notice Board, they can be found in any main city. Interact with it to open the Raid Board Menu, now you can pick the Raid you want to do. You'll have to queue and wait until the Raid gets enough people to finally start.
Lost Ark: Raid Mechanics
Generally in Lost Ark Raids your party must chase down a big boss through different stages where you must learn how to position yourself, predict the Boss' attacks and knowing the periods of time where it becomes vulnerable and its weak points. Raids have a time limit of 20 minutes to complete and a limited amount of deaths.
Lost Ark: Weekly Raids
Right next to the Raid Notice Board, you can find the Weekly Raid Notice Board. It works the same, but the offered Raid changes every week. Once you've completed it, you'll have to wait for the next Weekly Raid to play another. Weekly Raids offer special rewards that you could miss if you don't play or succeed during the week. So it is advised to always check on the rewards of the active Weekly Raid, if there's a particular item of your interest, you should definitely attempt to complete. Otherwise you might have to wait too long until some other event casually offers the same item again.
Lost Ark: Guardian Raids
Guardian Raids are special type of Raid where the main objective is to defeat the Raid Guardian who is a powerfull Raid Boss. Guardian Raids have a time limit of 20 minutes and only three deaths available for the participants. Guardians are very hard to defeat, but they grant the very valuable items & loot.
