Sacred Spring is a Main Quest in Lost Ark. Sacred Spring is part of the main story of Lost Ark and it is necessary to complete it in order to complete the game. However, it is recommended to complete some non Main Quests of your choice to gain additional equipment and level up in order to make Main Quests easier by being better equipped and prepared. Completing Main Quests will eventually lead you to unlock new features of the game and gain a full experience of it.
It's worse than I thought. The springs in the area are contaminated. If they're left alone, they'll further spread the plague. We must purify them.
Lost Ark: Sacred Spring Information & Walkthrough
After placing all the gems at the Altars of Blessing from the previous quest Mountain of the Singing Wind, you'll start off this quest by looking for Armen at the Sacred Spring, just follow the quest icon present on your map. Once you reach Armen, approach him and talk to him. He'll inform you that the springs in the area are contaminated and you must purify them. He instructs you to burn the carcasses of any animals you find in the area and sprinkle the water of the Sacred Spring into the contaminated springs.
Now draw and collect water from the Sacred Spring. Use the water collected from the Sacred Spring to purify the surroundings of the Sacred Spring. You would also need to burn three infected animal carcasses.
After completing the tas, head back to Armen and inform him about the situation. He then says that now you've prevented the plague from spreading, the place should be safe for now, but he's still worried about the Border Watch. Go head over to Border Watch after your conversation with Armen, you should see where it's located on your map. Once you reach the area, a cutscene will occur. It'll show that the plague has already spread further.
After the cutscene, the quest is complete and you'll automatically obtain the next main quest The Plague's Source.
