Target Down is one of the Skills in Lost Ark used by the Gunslinger class. Skills are abilities used in combat to deal damage or apply buff, debuff and crowd control effects to enemies and allies. Each Class has their own sets of Skills that can be leveled up and modified with the Tripod System to adjust their effects or add new ones.

Rank 1 (Max): Time to aim between shots increases to 4s..
Large Caliber Bullet
Rank 1 (Max): AoE Radius +40%.

Rank 1: Shots fired +4. Last shot's outgoing Damage +50.0%.
Rank 2: Shots fired +4. Last shot's outgoing Damage +75.0%.
Rank 3: Shots fired +4. Last shot's outgoing Damage +100.0%.
Rank 4: Shots fired +4. Last shot's outgoing Damage +125.0%.
Rank 5: Shots fired +4. Last shot's outgoing Damage +150.0%.
Explosive Steel Bullet
Rank 1: On hit, Bleed foes, inflicting 20.1 Damage every 1s for 4.0s. Foe Ark./Move Speed -10%. At 3 Bleed stacks, the target gains Heavy Bleeding. Stuns for 4.0s and inflicts 20.0% of Base Damage.
Rank 2: On hit, Bleed foes, inflicting 20.1 Damage every 1s for 4.0s. Foe Ark./Move Speed -10%. At 3 Bleed stacks, the target gains Heavy Bleeding. Stuns for 4.0s and inflicts 26.2% of Base Damage.
Rank 3: On hit, Bleed foes, inflicting 20.1 Damage every 1s for 4.0s. Foe Ark./Move Speed -10%. At 3 Bleed stacks, the target gains Heavy Bleeding. Stuns for 4.0s and inflicts 32.4% of Base Damage.
Rank 4: On hit, Bleed foes, inflicting 20.1 Damage every 1s for 4.0s. Foe Ark./Move Speed -10%. At 3 Bleed stacks, the target gains Heavy Bleeding. Stuns for 4.0s and inflicts 38.6% of Base Damage.
Rank 5: On hit, Bleed foes, inflicting 20.1 Damage every 1s for 4.0s. Foe Ark./Move Speed -10%. At 3 Bleed stacks, the target gains Heavy Bleeding. Stuns for 4.0s and inflicts 45.0% of Base Damage.
Semi-automatic Rifle
Rank 1: Shooting Speed +15%. After the first shot, continuously fire without aiming. Damage +25.0%.
Rank 2: Shooting Speed +15%. After the first shot, continuously fire without aiming. Damage +31.0%.
Rank 3: Shooting Speed +15%. After the first shot, continuously fire without aiming. Damage +37.0%.
Rank 4: Shooting Speed +15%. After the first shot, continuously fire without aiming. Damage +43.0%.
Rank 5: Shooting Speed +15%. After the first shot, continuously fire without aiming. Damage +50.0%.

Can be unlocked after upgrading Target Down to Skill Lv. 10:
Steady Aim
Rank 1: On direct hit, outgoing Damage +80.0%.
Rank 2: On direct hit, outgoing Damage +90.0%.
Rank 3: On direct hit, outgoing Damage +100.0%.
Rank 4: On direct hit, outgoing Damage +110.0%.
Rank 5: On direct hit, outgoing Damage +120.0%.
Heaven Calls
Rank 1: Crit Rate +35.0%. From the second shot, inflict +125.0% Crit Damage to Challenge rank or above foes with 50.0% HP or less.
Rank 2: Crit Rate +35.0%. From the second shot, inflict +143.0% Crit Damage to Challenge rank or above foes with 50.0% HP or less.
Rank 3: Crit Rate +35.0%. From the second shot, inflict +161.0% Crit Damage to Challenge rank or above foes with 50.0% HP or less.
Rank 4: Crit Rate +35.0%. From the second shot, inflict +179.0% Crit Damage to Challenge rank or above foes with 50.0% HP or less.
Rank 5: Crit Rate +35.0%. From the second shot, inflict +197.0% Crit Damage to Challenge rank or above foes with 50.0% HP or less.
