The Spirit of Luterra is a Main Quest in Lost Ark. The Spirit of Luterra is part of the main story of Lost Ark and it is necessary to complete it in order to complete the game. However, it is recommended to complete some non Main Quests of your choice to gain additional equipment and level up in order to make Main Quests easier by being better equipped and prepared. Completing Main Quests will eventually lead you to unlock new features of the game and gain a full experience of it. 

It's an investment. Prince Thirain is definitely worth a big investment.

Lost Ark: The Spirit of Luterra Information & Walkthrough

You start off this quest by speaking to Chief Hordern to discuss with him about the plans on imitating the story from the Iron Crown. He then says they've been meaning to pay back Prince Thirain for his help as well and he agrees that not a single villager would oppose to this idea, since they've all seen how distressed Thirain is. He is worried about how they can make the crown, since they're short on supplies right now, it would be difficult to procure materials for the crown. He then asks if you could drop by the Lynnis Memorial by the south, the peddlers are gathered there and says you should ask for their support. In the meantime, he'll make preparations for the crown.

Now head over to the Lynnis Memorial and speak to the peddlers, just follow the main quest icon presented on your map and it should lead you there. Once you reach the area, speak to Fobus, he introduces himself as a peddler, he then says they can contribute in helping for Thirain's crown, he then hands over all the money he has and says that hopefully the folks at Lakebar Village will keep their chins up. He tells you to ask the other peddlers as well and he's sure they'll lend a hand. Now speak to Minos, Kyr, and Phillan.

After you've spoken to the rest of the peddlers, the quest is completed, and you automatically obtain the next main quest Crown of Lakebar.
