Punishing Strike allows you to call forth a giant Thunderstroke at the cursor location within 16 meters. inflicting 2926 [Lightning] damage to foes. This Skill can be unlocked at level Lv. 14. Skills allow players to inflict damage to enemies or strengthen allies when using them during combat.
