Skills in Lost Ark are the abilities available for all Classes. Skills are locked depending on the Class selected. They can provide different ways of dealing damage, as well as improving certain Stats or allowing your character to debuff enemies.
Can I respec my Skill Points in Lost Ark?
Yes, you can respec anytime you want and you can do it for free.
Can I save my Skill Builds in Lost Ark?
In Lost Ark you can save your different Skill sets, so you can quickly switch between them before going into PvE or PvP activities.
Can Lost Ark Skills be upgraded?
By leveling up your character, you can also increase the level of your Skills. In Lost Ark you will find a Tripod System that will grant improvements to your Skills. These are named Effects and they will will be unlocked as you assign points to your abilities.
Skill Usage
There are five different types of Skill usages. This means that certain Skills have to be executed or triggered in a different way.
- Normal: The most common type. These Skills attack in the direction where the mouse is located.
- Holding: Players have to hold the skill button for as long as they want or reach a predetermined zone. If they manage to release the skill button in that zone, damage is increased.
- Combo: Players have to press the skill button multiple times in order to continue a series of attacks.
- Point: A cross hair appears, marking the location you may want to land the skill on.
- Casting: The character takes a few second to cast. This causes a delay attack in the directioin where the mouse is located.
Attack Type
Skills may attack foes from the front or the back.
- Front Attack: These skills provide a damage bonus. They inflict 20% more damage and have 10% increased neutralization damage. Bonus damage can be increased up to 25% if you use Engravings.
- Back Attack: These skill inflict only a 5% bonus damage, but have a 10% increased chance to crit. Bonus damage can be increased up to 25% if you use Engravings.

Double Slash
Allows players to swing the greatsword in the shape of an X, inflicting damage
Assault Blade
Allows players to perform a diagonal slash to inflict Damage
Crime Hazard
Allows players to jump and swing your greatsword to inflict Damage and launch foes into the sky, then strike down to inflict Damage and knock them down
Finish Strike
Allows players to thrust your greatsword down, inflicting Damage
Shoulder Charge
Allows you to charge 7 meters toward the target location and inflict 269 Damage to foes in the path

Allows players to spin around for 3s to inflict damage
Power Break
Allows players to inflict Damage with your greatsword to nearby foes and knock them back

Mountain Crash
Allows players to attack all foes within a 4 meter radius with [Earth] Damage, and inflicting Earthquake on them.
Diving Slash
Allows players to leap up to the target location and strike downward, inflicting Damage and launching foes into the air
Hell Blade
Allows you to thrust your greatsword into the ground, inflicting 117 Damage. Hold for 1.5s to attack 6 times to inflict 348 Damage. Hit the Perfect Zone to deliver a finishing blow that inflicts 1872 Damage and launches foes in the air
Chain Sword
Allows players to perform a diagonal upper slash, inflicting Damage and launching foes into the air
Wind Blade
Allows players to swing your greatsword and charge through foes, inflicting Damage
Maelstrom
Allows you to thrust your greatsword into the ground, inflicting 451 Damage. Then pull it out and send forth a shockwave, pulling targets and inflicting 300 Damage
Strike Wave
Allows you to charge your greatsword for 0.8s to inflict 850 Damage before being fully charged, and 2124 Damage when overcharged
Red Dust
Allows you to swing your greatsword upward, inflicting 856 Damage. On a successful hit, foes take +12% Damage for 6s
Sword Storm
Allows you to jump while spinning counter-clockwise and smash the ground to create a storm of swords, inflicting 1479 Damage and knocking foes down
Berserk Fury
(Awakening Skill)
Infuse your greatsword with power to create Berserk Fury and deliver a powerful strike. You need to charge this skill to complete Berserk Fury, and the Damage will become more devastating at higher charge levels: 111 Damage when undercharged, 111 Damage on Level 1, and 111, and 111 Damage when overcharged. Attack range also increases according to the charge level.
Chain of Vengeance
(Awakening Skill)
Release chains of energy to inflict 111 Damage, then pull foes in again inflicting 111 Damage. A massive explosion occurs immediately afterward, knocking foes away and inflicting 111 Damage.
Lost Ark Paladin Skills
Spin Slash
At level 1 it allows you to quickly spin twice while slashing, inflicting 278 and 278 Damage for each slash.
Flash Thrust
At level 1 it allows you to swiftly stab with your sword 4 times in position to inflict 495 total Damage, then stab one final time to inflict 148 Damage.
Charge
At level 1 it allows you to charge forward 6 meters and stab foes with your sword to inflict 708 Damage.
Light Shock
At level 1 it allows you to unleash a light shockwave that inflicts 406 Damage.
Light of Judgment
At level 1 it allows you to spread powerful rays of light that inflict 914 total Damage
Sword of Justice
At level 1 it allows you to drop a sword made of light at the target location to inflict 893 Damage to your foe and thrust the sword into the ground.
Flash Shash
At level 1 it allows you to slowly move forward and slash your foe 7 times, inflicting 148, 159, 159, 159, 159, 159, and 181 Damage with each slash.
Godsent Law
At level 1 it allows you to summon a magick circle of light through holy scriptures. Texts made of infinite light swirl within the magic circle, inflicting 1417 total Damage to foes for 2s.
Punishment
At level 1 it allows you to slash your foe with your sword in a cross shape using one hand to inflict 154 and 154 Damage with each slash. Then grab the sword with both hands and slash as you swing to inflict 718 Damage.
Wrath of God
At level 1 it allows you to inflict 1435 Damage to nearby foes.
Holy Area
At level 1 it allows to generate a holy area at the target location for 6s and inflict 619 total damage over time.
Dash Slash
At level 1 it allows you to reposition yourself and sprint forward. When you finish sprinting, swing your sword to inflict 1068 Damage to your foe and launch them into the air.
Executor's Sword
At level 1 it allows you to rapidly swing upwards to inflict 465 Damage and launch foes in the air. Use the skill again to gather your strength inro your sword, then swing around as you slash and inflict 697 Damage before thrusting your sword into the ground.
Holy Protection
At level 1 it allows you to create a barrier for 11% of Max HP for all party members within 24 meters for 6s.
Execution of Justice
At level 1 it allows you to quickly spin in position to inflict 1120 Damage to your foe, then perform a crushing blow that inflicts 480 Damage.
Holy Explosion
At level 1 it allows you to gather divine strength for 2s before having it explode at the target location, inflicting 2567 Damage.
Holy Sword
At level 1 it allows you to thrust your weapon at your foe to inflict 164 Damage. Light will stream out of the sword and inflict an additional 1474 Damage.
Heavenly Blessings
Summon the Solar Guardian and inflict 520 Damage to nearby foes. The guardian blesses all party members within a 24 meter radius. Damage received -11% for 8s.
Alithanes's Judgment
(Awakening Skill)
Jump up and unleash a holy light that shines toward your target location for an attack that even penetrates through guardian monsters. Inflict 111 Damage on surrounding foes upon landing and create a barrier for 80% of your Max HP for all party members for 10s.
Alithanes's Light
(Awakening Skill)
Embue holy energy into your sword and unleash it forward. On hit, inflicts 111 Damage. The energy then explodes and inflicts an additional 111 Damage.

Sharp Gunlance
Allows you thrust the spear forward, inflicting 279 Damage.
Rising Gunlance
Allows you inflict 57 Damage by sticking the spear into the ground, then pull it out to inflict 228 Damage to foes in front of you, launching them into the air.
Fire Bullet
Allows you perform a shelling attack at foes at close range, inflicting 254 Damage.
Dash Upper Fire
Allows you advance 3 meters 110 forward, striking foes with your gunlance to inflict Damage, launching them into the air. Use the skill again to fire a shell and inflict 443 Damage.
Shield Bash
Allows you perform a fierce shield swing to inflict 64 Damage. Use the skill again to inflict 152 Damage with the following swing.
Bash
Allows you perform a shield attack that inflicts 200 Damage and stuns foes for 3s.
Leap Attack
Allows you to leap 9 meters toward the target location to strike at the ground, inflicting 497 Damage.
Guardian's Thunderbolt
Allows you call forth a lightning strike from the sky to inflict 706 [Lightning] Damage to foes in a 5 meter radius, electrocuting them for 3s.
Hook Chain
Allows you throw a long chained hook to inflict 134 Damage, then pull that foe to you, inflicting 152 Damage.
Shield Charge
Allows you charge forward with your shield raised in front of you. While charging, inflict 78 Damage with each hit.
Charged Stinger
Allows you to, while in a defensive stance, focus energy and thrust the spear in front of you. You can slowly change the direction of the attack while focusing energy. Damage varies according to the charge stage: 406 Damage when undercharged. 946 Damage on Level 1, and 1352 Damage when overcharged.
Shout of Hatred
Allows you to let out a fierce roar, inflicts 366 Damage to foes within a 8 meter radius, taunting non-player foes for 5s and disabling certain skills on them. Challenge or higher foes cannot be taunted again for a set period of time.
Shield Shock
Allows you strike the ground with your shield, inflicting 246 Damage. Foe Move Speed -40% for 4s.
Counter Gunlance
Allows you raise the shield to defend attacks from the front for 2s. You can negate the Damage using 100% of Max HP. If you defend an attack, perform a counterattack within 1s, inflicting 996 Damage and knocking foes back.
Nellasia's Energy
Allows you to let out a roar. Damage to all party members in a 24 meter radius -10% for 6s.
Gunlance Shot
Allows you perform a vicious thrusting attack to inflict 150 Damage and focus energy at the tip of the gunlance. The energy draws foes towards you, inflicting 299 total Damage. When the energy is charged enough, fire a shell to inflict 298 Damage and launch the foe into the air.
Surge Cannon
Compress the energy using the exploder on your weapon, then propel it out in front of you.
If the energy is not fully compressed, inflict 373 Damage and push foes away. When fully compressed, inflict 745 Damage and knock back foes.
Guardian's Protection
(Awakening Skill)
Upon using the skill, recover 100% Shield Meter and release a 10 meter radius protection aura in the nearby area for 10s. Foes within the aura take 111 Damage and become stunned for 4s. Within the aura, all party members take -40.0% less Damage and become immune to Pushes and debuffs.
Lance of Judgment

Summon a gigantic spear of light at the target location, inflicting 111 [ Holy] Damage and launching foes into the air. Crit Rate +10% for all party members within a 5 meter radius for 10s.

Heavy Crush
Raise your hammer above your head, then smash the ground with a downward attack, inflicting moderate damage. Generates Gravity Cores.
Gravity Impact
Strike your hammer downward, inflicting low damage, and start injecting Gravitational Energy where you stand. Gradually pull and attack foes 8 times, dealing moderate damage, then cause a gravitational explosion that pulls foes close inflicting another pulse of low damage. Generates Gravity Cores.
Dreadnaught
Take a ready stance with your hammer on your shoulder, concentrating your energy on your Cores, and then hit the ground to send forth a shockwave, inflicting damage, and use the momentum to jump high. While jumping, slam your hammer down onto foes, inflicting more damage. Generates Gravity Cores.
Power Strike
Raise your hammer above your head and smash the ground 3 times, each smash inflicting progressively higher damage. Generates Gravity Cores.
Earth Eater
Smash the ground behind you, causing moderate damage, then deliver a horizontal swing, chunks of rocks following your hammer. Spin a total of 3 times, each spin inflicting progressively more damage. Your hammer goes higher with each spin until you swing it down to the ground to deal a finishing move. Consumes Gravity Cores.
Full Swing
Strike behind you with your hammer and spin 360 degrees, attacking surrounding foes 3 times in total, inflicting 3 instances of progressively increasing damage. Can be overcharged to inflict another instance of high damage. Consumes Gravity Cores.
Jumping Smash
Leap to a target location and swing your hammer down to the ground, inflicting a large amount of damage. Generates Gravity Cores.
Neutralizer
Imbue your hammer with gravitational energy and swing it downward with might, inflicting low damage. This ground smash causes a shockwave within a medium radius, inflicting moderate damage. Use the skill again to hit the ground, attacking 2 more times. Consumes Gravity Cores.
Power Shoulder
Crouch forward a short distance with your hammer held in front of you, attacking 4 times. Use as a combo to raise the hammer high and inflict a large amount of damage, launching foes into the air. Generates Gravity Cores.
One-Man Army
Swing your hammer sideways to inflict up to 6 blows. Damage increases with each blow. Consume Gravity Cores.
Earth Smasher
Swing the hammer above your head in a circle and strike the ground, dealing moderate damage and creating a huge boulder. Take a swing at it to break it and propel the fragments in a cone-shaped blast, inflicting a large amount of damage and stunning foes hit. Generates Gravity Cores.
Running Crash
Hold to sprint forward and charge at foes, inflicting a moderate amount of damage over 7 hits. Releasing the ability or maxing out the Holding Meter causes Gravitational Energy to explode, launching foes into the air and dealing additional damage. Generates Gravity Cores.
Perfect Swing
Charge forward a certain distance, tackling foes for a small amount of damage and quickly follow up with a powerful smash that deals heavy damage. Distance and damage dealt increases based on charging stage. Consumes Gravity Cores.
Gravity Force
Hold your hammer close to the hammerhead and swing it at foes in front of you, dealing minor damage and then releasing Gravitational Energy from your hammer, attacking foes in a straight line 7 times and pulling them close. Foes affected by the energy are dealt further damage and become forcefully pulled to a nearby position. Generates Gravity Cores.
Gravity Compression
Thrust the handle of your hammer into the ground and release a gravitational wave while inflicting minor damage. Holding the ability creates a black hole that deals damage over 9 hits. Releasing the hold detonates the black hole, inflicting a moderate to heavy damage in a small radius, depending on when the hold is released.
Seismic Hammer
Hold your hammer upside down, then jump and smash the ground, dealing minor damage. The crash forms a cone-shaped wall that stretches 11 meters, inflicting very high damage.
Endure Pain
Let out a roar, inflicting high damage to foes within a 6 meter range. Also grants immunity to Pushes and reduces incoming damage for a short duration. Generates Gravity Cores.
Terra Break
(Awakening Skill)
Hammer the ground in front of you, dealing heavy damage as gravitational energy drops from the sky, dealing another instance of damage. The ground cracks, casting a gravitational field. All foes within the field are knocked down. Swing your hammer upward to create anti-gravity and deal two more instances of damage. All foes within range are shot into the air. Concentrate your energy and jump, hammering foes flat to the ground for a devastating finisher.
Big Bang
(Awakening Skill)
Gather gravitational energy then explode it, dealing immense damage to foes within a small radius and knocking them away. Blaze

Energy Discharge
At Level 1, it allows you to fire a concentrated magick bullet that pierces the foe in front, inflicting 184 damage. When an additional skill key is pressed, it fires again inflicting 277 damage.
Lightning Vortex
At Level 1, it allows you to create spherical lightning within 12 meters of the cursor location for 3s. for a total of 897 [Lightning] damage. On hit, the foe is pulled to the center to inflict 224 additional [Lightning] damage.
Frost's Call
At Level 1, it allows you to cause a Cold Snap at the cursor location within 12 meters. Inflicts a total of 2120 [Water] damage to the fees over 9 times for up to 4s.
Squall
At Level 1, it allows you to create a powerful whirlwind in front, inflicting 3 hits for 456 damage and then pushes foes while inflicting 456 damage.
Seraphic Hail
At Level 1, it allows you to create a huge wave, covering the foes in front and inflicting 624, 624 [Water] damage. While the enemy is in the air, it will be launched up again on hit.
Inferno
At Level 1, it allows you to create a pillar of flame at the cursor location within 14 meters. inflicting 1326 [Fire] damage to foes and knocking them into the air.
Punishing Strike
At Level 1, it allows you to call forth a giant Thunderstroke at the cursor location within 16 meters. inflicting 2926 [Lightning] damage to foes.
Reverse Gravity
At Level 1, it allows you to create an Earth Rift Magick Circle on the spot. The Rift Magick Circle knocks foes into the air, dealing 433 damage. Then it inflicts 1010 damage when striking down.
Ice Shower
At Level 1, it allows you to strike the ground with the power of Frost, dealing 818 [Water] damages to foes within range.
Lightning Bolt
At Level 1, it allows you to fire lightning towards the designated location. 50 degree directional change is possible while holding. Inflicts a total of 1569 [Lightning] damage to foes in a straight line over 5 times for a maximum of 2s.
Esoteric Reaction
At Level 1, it allows you to create a Magick Crystal within 12 meters of cursor location. The crystal evolves by levels. up to level 3, at which point it explodes and inflicts 1848 damage to foes and knocks them back.
Rime Arrow
At Level 1, it allows you to create multiple Ice Arrows at the cursor location within 14 meters, inflicting 1780 total [Water] damage.
Explosion
At Level 1, it allows you to cast a spell to fire a flaming projectile. It explodes upon hitting the target, inflicting 2822 [Fire] damage and knocking foes into the air.
Elegian's Touch
At Level 1, it makes Magick Protection around the body consume 330% MP of the proportion of HP consumed when damage is received. MP Recovery -30% when Elegian's Touch is active and MP does not recover for 3s when hit. When the current amount of MP is less than 20%, Elegian's Touch expires.
Doomsday
Calls forth a giant meteor at the cursor location within 14 meters, inflicting fire damage to foes and knockback foes.
Dome of Enwissa
(Awakening Skill)
The sorceress awakens the power of her Daro, forming a magical dome around herself, which inflicts 20485 units damage. The dome then begins to radiate energy, pulling opponents to the center and inflicting 40970, 40970 and 40965 units damage [lightning bolts], after which it explodes and inflicts more 61448 units damage [lightning bolts].
Incinerate
(Awakening Skill)
Drop meteor fragments from the sky to inflict damage on enemies. A giant pillar then raises from the target area launching foes into the air and explodes dealing even more damage.
Lost Ark Arcanist Skills
Call of Destiny
Throw a card at the target location to inflict two instances of damage with a short pause in between, the second one launching foes into the air.
Quadra Accelerate
Throw cards toward the target location 4 times with each card inflicting minor damage. Accumulates Stacks on targets hit.
Scratch Dealer
Quickly move towards a target location and attack to deal minor damage. Use the skill again to strike downward and deal another instance of damage. Accumulates Stacks on targets hit.
Spiral Edge
Leap towards the target location while throwing a card, inflicting high damage. Accumulates Stacks on targets hit.
Dancing of Spineflower
Throw a flurry of cards while dashing over a long distance, dealing 6 instances of minor damage and then finishing with a final throw that deals heavy damage. Using the skill again will instantly return you to your original location. Accumulates Stacks on targets hit.
Celestial Rain
Call down a rain of cards at the target location to deal high damage. Deals bonus damage to airborne foes and slams them into the ground. Detonates accumulated Stacks on targets.
Four of a Kind
Quickly throw a card at the target location to deal moderate damage. Detonates accumulated Stacks on targets.
Unlimited Shuffle
Throw a stack of cards at the target location, inflicting moderate damage over 6 hits. Enemies are then launched into the air and dealt minor damage before being slammed into the ground for a heavy finisher.
Checkmate
Quickly throw cards toward the target location, dealing minor damage with each hit. This skill has a very high damage ceiling. Accumulates Stacks on targets hit.
Return
Throw a card toward the target location to deal moderate damage and Counterattack. Use the skill again for another instance of Damage and slam foes onto the ground.
Serendipity
Fan out the card at the target location, inflicting light damage, then fan the card again to inflict moderate damage and knock foes away. Detonates accumulated Stacks on targets.
Stream of Edge
Open two portal gates at the target location which attacks all enemies caught between them over 15 hits for several seconds. Accumulates Stacks on targets hit.
Mysterious Stampede
Quickly move to your left and deal moderate damage and then return, dealing another instance of damage.
Dark Resurrection
Throw cards at the target location to summon a Demon that attacks foes twice for light damage, finishing off with a very heavy strike and inflicting Fear on targets hit for a short duration.
Infinity Shower
Throw cards at the target location to deal moderate damage. Use as a combo in the air to throw more cards to deal two more instances of damage. Accumulates Stacks on targets hit.
Evoke
Cast a magick circle at a target location, lasting for a moderate duration. Use the skill again to inflict very heavy damage damage to foes in the area.
Secret Garden
Instantly inflict light damage to nearby foes. Detonates accumulated Stacks on targets. Foes with 4 stacks are slammed into the ground.
Prismatic Mirror
(Awakening Skill)
Summon a stack of enormous cards at the target location to inflict moderate damage, then throw smaller cards that deal very heavy damage, accumulating over time. The giant cards flock together and explode, dealing another instance of damage and launching foes into the air. You are granted 2 Specialty Cards upon explosion.
Deathbound
(Awakening Skill)
Summon the Card of Death, inflicting heavy damage and knocking foes away. Damage to foes increases significantly according to the number of stacks.

I'm curious about all the skill blips, Quick prep and mind enhancement, and the crit skills... do they only apply to the skill they are on ? or do they apply to all skill, the reason why i ask is attack speed, crit, and casting speed on some skill blips that you wouldn't think would be beneficiary
