Power Shoulder is one of the Skills in Lost Ark exclusive to the Destroyer class. Skills are abilities used in combat to deal damage or apply buff, debuff and crowd control effects to enemies and allies. Each Class has their own sets of Skills that can be leveled up and modified with the Tripod System to adjust their effects or add new ones.

Can be unlocked after upgrading Power Shoulder to Skill Lv. 10:
Hammer Down
Rank 1: Changes the upward attack to a slamming down motion. Skill Damage +50.0%.
Rank 2: Changes the upward attack to a slamming down motion. Skill Damage +59.0%.
Rank 3: Changes the upward attack to a slamming down motion. Skill Damage +68.0%.
Rank 4: Changes the upward attack to a slamming down motion. Skill Damage +78.0%.
Rank 5: Changes the upward attack to a slamming down motion. Skill Damage +88.0%.
Express Fury
Rank 1 (Max): Changes the upward attack to a spinning 360-degree swing. No longer knocks foe into the air. Stuns the foe for 4.0s.
