Morpheus is an NPC in Lost Ark. Morpheus as any other NPC, is an interactable character that may help you on your Quest. Generally NPCs are Quest Givers, Merchants or at least they may offer a piece of Lore to the game. In this case Morpheus is a Quest Giver. You can gain affinity with some NPCs in order to gain rewards. You can also get them to live in your Private Island, by maxing out your affinity with them.
I'm seeking the hidden treasure laying underneath the ancient city of Trua.
Lost Ark: Morpheus Information
Morpheus is a priest first found during To the Forgotten Land, seasick from the ship and will quickly recover after you lend him some water. The church hired a group of adventurers to find the treasures, and he was sent to oversee the Trua Expedition.
After the attack of the trolls in the camp, the priest will help you heal the injured and will lend you a HP Potion.

The character moves pretty well for being blind. Or at least he looks blind since his eyes are kinda not there.
