Demons in the Cave is a Main Quest in Lost Ark. Demons in the Cave is part of the main story of Lost Ark and it is necessary to complete it in order to complete the game. However, it is recommended to complete some non Main Quests of your choice to gain additional equipment and level up in order to make Main Quests easier by being better equipped and prepared. Completing Main Quests will eventually lead you to unlock new features of the game and gain a full experience of it.

Lost Ark: Demons in the Cave Information & Walkthrough
After completing the previous quest Trouble in Kolsh Forest, Shelter Keeper Maydok will tell you to teach the grave robbers a lesson. Now you must investigate the cave in Kolsh Valley that Maydok mentioned. Now head over to the cave, you should see on your map the location Toxiclaw Cavern.
Once you reach the area, the game will prompt that you're about to enter a dungeon. Upon entering, you'll now be tasked to follow the traces of the stone tablet within the cave. You'll be seeing blue icon on your map, follow them. You'll also encounter a bunch of grave robbers trying to stop you, defeat them to proceed.
After defeating the grave robbers, continue following the blue icon on your map, now destroy the fences that are blocking your path. Then climb up the ladder and follow the icon, you will need to detonate the bombs and remove the stones blocking the path. After making it through the blocked bath, you'l encounter another group of grave robbers, along with another type of enemy named Pokan. Defeat all of them to proceed with the next objective.
After defeating them, proceed to follow the blue icon on your map and detonate another bomb to destroy the rock blocking your path. Now go through and just follow the path along the cave. Once you're deep enough into the cave, you should see three blue icons on your map. Now you'd need to destroy the tens, find the caretaker, and take the cell door key. After managing to complete those three, you can now open the locked door.
After entering the gate, you will have to defeat 19 grave robbers guarding the passageway, then 16 grave robbers guarding the Poison Collector. Once you've managed to finish that, head over to the poison collection site, you'll see seven grave robbers inside collecting poison, defeat them to continue. After that, head down to the lower floors of the Poison Collector. After heading down, you'll need to destroy 13 Poison Pouches in the Poison Collector.
Once that's done, follow the blue icon on your map to go deeper into the cave. Once you've gone deep enough, cut a path through the robbers to where the stone tablet is. Once you've reach your destination within the cave, Ugo will appear, you'll have to defeat him to finish this dungeon. After defeating Ugo, the quest is complete. The next main quest Demons in Prideholme will automatically obtained after this.
