What the Robbers Want is a Main Quest in Lost Ark. What the Robbers Want is part of the main story of Lost Ark and it is necessary to complete it in order to complete the game. However, it is recommended to complete some non Main Quests of your choice to gain additional equipment and level up in order to make Main Quests easier by being better equipped and prepared. Completing Main Quests will eventually lead you to unlock new features of the game and gain a full experience of it.
The leader of the grave robbers wrote "We've located the object in Kolsh Valley."
Lost Ark: What the Robbers Want Information & Walkthrough
Once you've mounted your horse, you should proceed by following the icon presented on your map, it will lead you to the Toxiclaw Hideout. After reaching the Hideout, the game will prompt a message saying that you'll now be entering a dungeon, which is the Toxiclaw Robbers Hideout. It also says that you should sneak inside the ruins and observe and investigate the current situation. Click Enter to continue.
Once you enter the dungeon, you'l be facing multiple enemies inside, defeat them to face the boss Enforcer Jago. Enforcer Jago will have a couple of Toxiclaw Robbers fighting alongside him during this battle.
After clearing out the dungeon, follow the main quest icon presented on your map and head back to Guard Mizel and show him the memo from the leader of the grave robbers. He then reads the memo and tells you that the object being referred to in the text could be the stone tablet that you're looking for. He tells you to head over to Kolsh Valley and look for Brother Shudeal, he says that he might be helpful.
The quest ends here, and you'll automatically obtain the next main quest named Warning: Grave Robbers!
